This notice describes how personal data collected through the HYSAD website is processed, with particular reference to the contact form on the home page.
1. Data controller
The data controller is HYSAD.
Controller's contact details: telephone +39 06 86358341, Via Roccaraso 11, 00135 Roma (RM), or the website's contact form.
2. Personal data collected
The following data may be collected through the contact form:
- first name and surname;
- company;
- email address;
- telephone number, if provided;
- selected area of interest;
- content of the message sent;
- technical data relating to the submission, such as IP address and user agent.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed in order to:
- respond to requests sent through the contact form;
- provide information on the services requested;
- handle any subsequent communications with the user;
- prevent abuse, spam or improper use of the form.
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on the consent given by the user through the dedicated checkbox in the form and on the controller's legitimate interest in properly handling the requests received and preventing abuse.
5. Processing methods
Data is processed using IT and organisational tools suitable for ensuring the security, confidentiality and integrity of the information.
6. Data retention
Data sent through the form is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any subsequent communications. Data may be kept for longer only where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the controller's rights.
7. Disclosure of data
Data is not sold or transferred to third parties. It may be processed by technical providers involved in managing the website, hosting, email or IT systems, to the extent necessary to provide those services.
8. Rights of the data subject
Users may request access to, rectification or erasure of their data, or restriction of or objection to its processing, by using the website's contact form or by calling +39 06 86358341.
9. Calculation tools on the website
The downtime cost simulator processes the values entered solely within the user's browser: no data is sent to the website or stored. Only if the user chooses to send the result to the team is the summary kept temporarily in the browser's session storage (sessionStorage), for the sole purpose of pre-filling the contact form, and it is deleted as soon as the form has read it. The request is only sent if the user submits the form.
10. Security
The website uses technical measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access to, loss of or misuse of data. The form also includes anti-spam checks and server-side validation.
11. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.
